Toninho Geraes

Do you remember the song “Mulher”, sung by Martinho da Vila? This song was included on the CD titled “Tá Delícia, Tá Gostoso”, which sold over 1.5 million copies and was a great success.

The song is written by Toninho Geraes who has been rocking and smashing several hits in Brazilian samba. Toninho Geraes comes to perform his first tour in Japan in November. The organization is from Tupiniquim Entertainment.

The well-known Zeca Pagodinho has just released an album titled "Happier". And the work music is also written by Toninho Geraes along with Paulinho Resende.

Mineiro, Antônio Eustáquio Trindade Ribeiro (original name) or simply Toninho Geraes battled hard to reach the consecration of samba carioca. He already has over 200 songs recorded by numerous performers of Brazilian popular music.

Toninho Geraes' latest album was released in September. Entitled “Everything I Am Volume I Fragments”, it brings together successes from his 35-year career as “Every Hour”, “Love and Bash” and “If the Line Walks”.
